TimeBasic

Initial Cost:

The Standalone version is £160.00 plus VAT (including first year licence fee).

The Network version is £220.00 plus VAT (including first year licence fee).

Annual Licence Fees:

Subsequent years licence fees for the Standalone versions of TimeBasic are currently £55.00 plus VAT for the year.

Subsequent years licence fees for the Networked versions of TimeBasic are currently £85.00 plus VAT for the year.

Please Note:

The Annual Licence fee must be paid in advance. Your licence will not be renewed until we have received your annual licence fee in full.

TimeExpense

Initial Cost:

The Standalone version is £380.00 plus VAT (including first year licence fee).

The Network version is £495.00 plus VAT (including first year licence fee).

Annual Licence Fees:

Subsequent years licence fees for the Standalone versions of TimeExpense are currently £115.00 plus VAT for the year.

Subsequent years licence fees for the Networked versions of TimeExpense are currently £150.00 plus VAT for the year.

FixedFee

Initial Cost:

The Standalone version is £440.00 plus VAT (including first year licence fee).

The Network version is £555.00 plus VAT (including first year licence fee).

Annual Licence Fees:

Subsequent years licence fees for the Standalone versions of FixedFee are currently £130.00 plus VAT for the year.

Subsequent years licence fees for the Networked versions of FixedFee are currently £175.00 plus VAT for the year.

Networks: Just to clarify, the quoted price of the Network versions of TimeBasic, TimeExpense and FixedFee is actually what you pay - no matter how many computers you choose to put it on! The management of T. Bookman Limited recommend that you do not exceed twenty staff.

* The Annual Licence fee doesn't just cover continued use of the software, it means that you get our continued support if you have any problems at any stage. If you buy the networked version, it also means that as we add new features to the programme we will provide send new updated software programmes at no extra cost.

The prices quoted are in pounds sterling (£). If you require a quote in either US dollars ($) or Euros (€), please contact us for a thirty-day quote specifying the required currency.

All fees due are payable in advance and must be cleared in our bank before any software is dispatched from our offices.

*Please note that because of the nature of the Standalone version of Time Recording (the data being stored within the programme itself) it is not possible to provide updated standalone software. However, it is possible to upgrade to a network version without loss of data and so take advantage of any improvements or additional features that we make.
