FixedFeeThis is the 'all singing, all dancing' version of Time Recording; designed for those who charge by the hour and/or on a fixed fee basis. Like TimeExpense the data-entry screens are designed with the user in mind and the reports that are used most (Time Sheets and Client-Centred Work in Progress Reports) are easily accessed by any user.As with TimeExpense, if you also require both detailed and summary analysis of the work that you have done, then FixedFee will provide this for you in the form of reports that you can restrict access to. Billing Analysis is available on a client-centred level, as a summary for the whole firm, or in full - showing every bill, every recovery and the effective hourly rate for each client and the firm as a whole! The difference lays in that you can obtain separate reports for Project (or fixed fee) work and for Normal (ad hoc or non-project) Work. Work done, whether on Fixed Fee work or Normal work, can be obtained as a summary - By Department (or Partner), as an Aged List, as Work Written Off/Invoiced, or as Work Done for a Client during any particular period that you want to examine. You can analyse the work you do for any specified client and obtain statistical analysis on that work to give you performance figures. You can analyse the work done on each project in detail and obtain summary statistical figures for that project and for all the projects carried out for that client, and by your firm as a whole! All of the above reports can be obtained as at any date that you choose. Although there is no 'closing off' for the week, month or year, the Company Statistics Report shows the current year's performance figures only. This can quickly and easily be changed to provide performance figures for previous periods if so required. FixedFee is available both in standalone and networked versions. The advantage with buying the network version is that you can have as few as two computers linked together or as many as twenty, but the price is still the same! Yes really!
